AI-Assisted Operations Dashboard

Built and deployed a Google Apps Script operations dashboard for a service-business client — centralizing scheduling, lead intake, customer records, invoices, price-book data, and Google Calendar sync into one shareable workflow.

Converted legacy job, payment, and service data spread across disconnected files into a single source of truth for dispatch and billing, with token-based access so field users can open the tool without individual Google permissions. Developed through an AI-assisted build-test-deploy cycle.

AI-Assisted Lead Response Workflow

An AI-assisted workflow that reviews each inbound lead — checking service area, customer history, equipment and staff availability, drive time, parking access, and status — then prepares a structured internal summary with copyable, human-reviewed response text.

Integrates email, sheets, mapping, and operational data in one pass, with schedule-aware staffing logic. Designed read-only against operational systems, with guardrails that prevent inventing availability or duplicating leads. No customer is contacted automatically.

Prospecting

AI-Assisted Opportunity Finder

An AI-assisted prospecting workflow that turns public web research — community calendars, school/PTO pages, camp brochures, and city event listings — into a structured, scored sales pipeline ranked by location fit, event type, timing, and service fit.

Results are emailed to the team for human review before any outreach, each opportunity enriched with contact info, event timing, source links, and tailored outreach copy.
